Aam Aadmi Chunke Ulama ke Maqaam wa Martabe se Nawaaqif Hote hai, Aisi Ghalat Fehmiyo ka Shikaar hojaate hai ke Yaha Mufti Rasheed Rh. ne Apni Itteba ki Dawa’at derahe hai, Lekin Yaha Kisi aur ki Dawa’at di Jaarahi hai, Jisko Hum Waazeh Karenge  INSHA-ALLAH.

2 – Isi Tarah Ek aur Riwayat me Farmaate hai ke Aalim ke liye Aasmaan wa Zameen ki Saari Maqlooq aur Machliyaa Jo Paan ke andar Sab ke sab Duaa e Maghfirat Karti hai.

Bilaa Shuba Aalim ki Fazilat Aabid par Aisi hai Jaise 14wi Raat ke Chand ko Saare Sitaaro par Fazilat hai. (Abu Dawud : Raqm no 3641)

 3 – Ek aur Riwayat me Is Tarah hai ke

*

Rasoolullah SAW ne Farmaaya : Aalim ki Fazilat Aabid par Aisi hi hai Jaise Meri Fazilat Tumme se Ek Mamuli Shaks par. (Tirmizi : Hadees no 2685) 

4 – Ek Hadees me Yu hai ke Aalim ki Maut Aisi Musibat hai Jiski Tilaafi Nahi Hosakti aur Aisa Nuqsaan hai Jo pura nahi Hosakta aur Aalim Aisa Sitaara hai Jo (Maut ki Wajeh se) be-noor hogaya.

5 – Hazrat Anas Rdh. Farmaate hai ke Nabi e Karim SAW ne Farmaaya :

Ulama ki Misaal un Sitaaro ki Tarah hai Jinse Khushki aur Tari ke Andhero me Rehnumaayi Haasil ki Jaati hai.Jab Sitaare Be-noor hojaati hai Toh Is baat Imkaan hota hai ke Raasta Chalne waala Bhatak Jaaye. (Musnad e Ahmed : Jild 3 : Safa 157)

Muraad Yeh ke Ulama Na hone ki Wajeh se Log Gumraah Hojaate hai.

6 – Ibn Abbas Rdh. Se Marwi hai ke Rasoolullah SAW be Farmaaya ke Ek Aalim e Deen Shaitaan par 1000 Aabido se Zyaada Saqt hai.(Tirmizi : Hadees no 2681) 

Matlab yeh hai ke Shaitaan ke Liye 1000 Aabido ko Dhoka Dena Aasaan hai, Pure Deen ki Samajh Rakhne Waale Aalim ko Dhoka Dena Mushkil hai.

7 – Huzur SAW ne Farmaaya ke

Logo ko Bhalaayi Sikhaane Waale (Aalim par) Allah tala, Unke Farishte, Aasmaan aur Zameen ke Tamaam Maqluqaat Yaha tak ke Chitiya Apne Bil me Machli (Paani me Apne Apne Andaaz) Rehmat Bhejti aur Duaaye Karti hai. (Tirmizi : Hadees no 2685)

Wazaahat :

Chunke Ulama Ambiya ke Waaris hai aur Unka Kaam wa Zimmedaari ke wo Awaam ko Saheeh Bataaye aur Ghalat Baat se Rooke hai.

Ulama ki Ghair Maujoodgi me Log Gumraah Hojaate hai aur Har Haal Ulama ka Maqaam Awaam se Kahi Zyaada Buland Jaisa ke Ahadees Guzar chuki hai.

Mazeed Awaam Chahiye ke Ulama ki Iqtedaa wa Itteba Kare : Chunaanche Imam Daarmi Rh. Al Mutawaffa 255 Hij. Ne Apni Kitaab Sunan e Darmi me Ek Baab Bandha hai.

Ulil Amr Se Muraad Fuqaaha, Mujatahideen aur Ulama hai.

Toh Gooya Yaha Allah Tala ne Imaan waalo ko Hukum Diya ke wo Ulama ki Itaa-at Kare.

Isi Tarah Ek aur Jagah Rabbul Aalameen ka Irshaad hai ke

فَاسْأَلُوا أَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

(Sureh Namal : 43, Sureh Ambiyaa : 7)

Is Aayaat me bhi Aam Logo ko Khitaab Kiya gaya hai ke Deeni Maalumaat ke Liye Na hone ki Surat me Ulama se Sawaal Kare.

In Tamaam Ibaraat ka Khulaasa yeh hai ke

1 – Allah tala ne Imaan Waale Logo Yaani Musalmaano ko Hukum diya ke wo Ulama ki Pairwi Kare.
