Jalsa e Isteraahat ka Masla aur Ghair Muqallideen ki Daleel ka Jayeza.

Jalsa e Isteraahat Saabit karne ke Liye Ghair Muqallid Zubair Ali zai ne Saheeh Bukhari ke Hawaale se  Malik Bin Huweris Rdh. Se Marwi hadees pesh ki hai.

Al – Jawaab no 1 :

Is Hadees ka Pehla Jawaab toh yeh hai ke Is Hadees ko Malik Bin huweris rdh. Se riwayat karne waale raavi Abu Qilaaba Al Basri hai.

Yeh Raavi agarche siqa hai lekin Imam Ibn Hajar Rh. ne Likha hai ke yeh Naasibeet ki Taraf Maayil the. (Taqreeb)

Yaani yeh nasibi the.aur naasibi wo log hai jo hazrat ali rdh. , aur degar sahaba rdh. Ko bura bhala kehte hai.

Chunaanche Qazi mazhar hussain sahaab likhte hai ke “Naasibi un logo ko kaha jaata hai jo hazrat ali rdh. , Imam Hasan Rdh. , Imam Hussain Rdh. Aur Hazrat Fatiha Rdh. Yaani Ahle Bait ki Tauheen Karte hai. (Khaarji Fitnah : Hissa Awwal : safa 69)

Lehaaza Is Baat ko Zahen me rakhte hai huwe Zubair Ali Zai Sahaab ne Apni Kitaab (Ameen Safder ka Ta’aqub : Safa 65) me Ek Raavi Imam Ibnul Ja’ad jo ke (Bukhari shareef) ka raavi hai aur Imam Bukhari rh. ke ustaad hai aur imam Bukhari rh. ne ba-qaida unse 13 riwayate apni saheeh me naql ki hai , unki (Imam Ibnul Ja’ad ki) hadees ka radd kardiya hai aur us raavi ki bayaan karda hadees ko radd karne ki wajeh yeh hai ke wo sahaba ikraam rdh. Ki shaan me gustaaqi karta tha , biddati tha.

Ali Ibn ul Ja’ad Mukhtallif fiya raavi hai ,jamhoor ne uski tauseeq ki hai magar yeh bhi marwi hai ke wo Abdullah bin omer , muawiya balke hazrat rdh. Par saqt tanqeed karta tha.sayyidina hazrat usmaan rdh. Ke bare me uska yeh aqeeda tha ke inhone nauzbillah bait ul maal se ek lakh dirham na haq le liye the.sayyidina muawiya rdh. Ki wo takfeer ka qaayiltha.wo kehta tha ke mujhe yeh bura nahi lagta ke allah tala muawiya ko azaab de. (Ameen Safder ka Ta’aqub : Safa 65)

Lehaaza Zubair Sahaab Agar Shareef ke Kisi raavi ki bayaan karda kisi riwayat ko is wajeh se radd karsakte hai ke wo sahaba ikraam rdh. Par saqt tanqeed karta hai biddati hai toh hum bhi abu qilaaba ki bayaan karda riwayat ko (Khud Ali Zai Sahaab ki Bayaan Karda Zaabte wa Usool ki Roshni me) Isliye Radd karte hai ke Abu Qilaaba Naasibi tha aur naasibi log Hazraat e Sahaba Rdh. Aur Ahle Bait Rdh. Par Tanqeed karte hai.

Is Riwayat me Jalsa e Isteraahat ka Zikr Saheeh nahi hai,

Kyunke Is riwayat ko Naql karne ke Fauraan Baad Imam Bukhari Rh. Naql Karte hai ke  Imam Ayub Rh. ne Farmaaya

قَالَ أَيُّوبُ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ شَيْئًا لَمْ أَرَهُمْ يَفْعَلُونَهُ كَانَ يَقْعُدُ فِي الثَّالِثَةِ وَالرَّابِعَة

Ke Malik Bin Huweris Rdh. Ne Amr Bin Salma ki tarah Namaz Padhi aur Maine Is Budhe Amr bin Salma ki Tarah Kisi aur ko Jalsa e Isteraahat Karte Huwe Nahi Dekha. (Saheeh Bukhari : Jild 1 : Safa 113)

Aur Yaad Rahe ke Hazrat Ayub Sakhtalaani Rh. 66 Hijri me Paida huwe aur 131 Hijri me Faut huwe hai aur Sighaar e Taabain me Shumaar hai.

Isse Maloom Hota hai ke Khair ul Quroon me Aam Halaat me Jalsa e Isteraahat ka Mamool nahi tha.

Zubair Ali Zai Sahaab ne Ek Usool Bayaan Karte huwe Likhte hai ke “Jis Tarah Quran e Majeed Apni Tasreeh Khud Karta hai Isi Tarah Hadees , Hadees ki Tasreeh Karti hai. (Nurul Aainain : Safa 125 , 2012 Edition)

Saheeh Bukhari me hai ke Hazrat Abu Hurairah Rdh. Se Marwi hai ke Rasoolullah SAW ne Farmaaya

ثُمَّ اسْجُدْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ سَاجِدًا ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَسْتَوِيَ وَتَطْمَئِنَّ جَالِسًا ثُمَّ اسْجُدْ حَتَّى تَطْمَئِنَّ سَاجِدًا ثُمَّ ارْفَعْ حَتَّى تَسْتَوِيَ قَائِمًا

ke Phir Itminaan ke Saat Sajda Karo , Phir Sajde se sar Utaao aur Itminaan ke Saat Bait Jao Phir Dusra Sajda Karo Itminaan ke Saat Phir SEEDHE KHADE HOJAO.

Wo Sirf Hajat ke liye tha nake Ibaadat Thi.

Yahi Wajeh hai ke Khud Ghair muqallideen ke Mashoor Aalim Shaik Nasiruddin Rh. Likhte hai ke
