Aur Naa Mustahab Hogi Humare Imam ke Nazdeek (Imam Ahmed Bin Hanble Rh) aur Aise hi Imam Zuhri Rh, Sufiyan Sauri Rh, Sufiyan Bin Uyayna Rh, Malik Rh, Ibn Mubarak Rh, Imam Abu Hanifa Aur Unke Ashaab (Muhammad aur Abu Yusuf) Rh, Imam Ishaq Rh, aur ye hi Imam Shafa’i Rh Ke do (2) Qaul mese Ek hey. 1) Jamhoor Ke Nazdeek Imam ke Piche Fatiha Padhna Wajeeb Nahi.

2) Jin logo ne Jehri Namazo me Imam ke Piche Fatiha Padhne ko Wajib Karar diya hey unki Riwayato ko Muhaddisin ne Zaeef Kaha hey.

3) Imam ke Piche Qirat Naa Kerne Walo ke Saath ALLAH ka Farman aur Rasoolullah SAW ki Sahih Hadees hey.

4) Aslaaf ke Nazdeek Sureh Fatiha Qirat me Shameel hey Isi liye to Ibn Qudama aur Ibn Taymiya Rh dono ne Qirat se Muraad Fatiha bhi liya hey. Aur Fatiha Ko Qirat Kyu naa Kaha jaaye, Jab ke Nabi SAW Ki Qirat Fatiha Se Shuru hoti thi.

Muqtadi Per Surah Fatiha Waajib Na Hone Ki Takhsees Ki Daleel: (Jisey Rukoo’ Mil Gaya Usey Raka’t Mil Gayi)

1) ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ ، ﺃَﻥّ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻣَﻦْ ﺃَﺩْﺭَﻙَ ﺭَﻛْﻌَﺔً ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻠَﺎﺓِ ﻓَﻘَﺪْ ﺃَﺩْﺭَﻙَ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻠَﺎﺓَ ”

Tarjumah-”Abu Hurayrah(raziallahuta’ala anhu) se rivaayat hai ke Rasoolullah (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) ne
farmaaya: “Jis ne Namaaz mese Rukoo’ Paa liya Us ne Namaaz Paali”

2) ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﺑَﻜْﺮَﺓَ ، ﺃَﻧَّﻪُ ﺍﻧْﺘَﻬَﻰ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ﻭَﻫُﻮَ ﺭَﺍﻛِﻊٌ ، ﻓَﺮَﻛَﻊَ ﻗَﺒْﻞَ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳَﺼِﻞَ ﺇِﻟَﻰ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻒِّ ، ﻓَﺬَﻛَﺮَ ﺫَﻟِﻚَ ﻟِﻠﻨَّﺒِﻲِّ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ، ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝَ : ”ﺯَﺍﺩَﻙَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﺣِﺮْﺻًﺎ ﻭَﻟَﺎ ﺗَﻌُﺪْ ”

Tarjumah-”Abu Bakrah (raziallahu
ta’ala anhu) (Masjid me pohnche) Jab ke Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) Rukoo’ me the, Ye dekh kar
Unhoney Saff se Qabl (pehle) hi Rukoo’ kar liya, Rasoolullah (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) ko (ba’d Namaaz) Ye baat batlaayi gayi to Aap (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne
farmaaya: Allah Tumhaari Neiki ki Hirs barhaaye magar phir aisa na karna (Ya’ni Saff me peeche na reh jaana balke Saff me aa kar shaamil hona)

Faaydah: Agar Muqtadi per Surah Faatihah WAAJIB hoti to Rasoolullah (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) Abu Bakrah(raziallahu ta’ala anhu) ko
Namaaz ke Lautaane ka hukm dete magar aisa koi hukm nahi diya balke Saff se pehle hi Rukoo’ karne se mana’ farmaaya…

3) ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ ، ﺃَﻥَّ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﺻَﻠَّﻰ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪُ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻪِ ﻭَﺳَﻠَّﻢَ ، ﻗَﺎﻝَ : ” ﻣَﻦْ ﺃَﺩْﺭَﻙَ ﺭَﻛْﻌَﺔً ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﺼَّﻼﺓِ ، ﻓَﻘَﺪْ ﺃَﺩْﺭَﻛَﻬَﺎ ﻗَﺒْﻞَ ﺃَﻥْ ﻳُﻘِﻴﻢَ ﺍﻹِﻣَﺎﻡُ ﺻُﻠْﺒَﻪُ ”

Tarjumah-”Abu Hurayrah(raziallahu ta’ala anhu) se rivaayat hai ke, Rasoolullah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) ne farmaaya: “Jisne Namaz mese Rukoo’ Paa liya Tehqeeq Usne (Namaaz) Paa li isse pehle ke Imaam Apni Peeth Theek kar le”

Mazeid Rukoo’ me Qur’an parhna MAKROOH hai aur aisa karne per Koi Daleel bhi Qaayem nahi Lihaaza Baghair Surah Fatiha ke Raka’t Sahih shumaar hogi. Agar Koi Shakhs phir bhi Inkaar kare to goya
Wo Rasoolullah (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) ki TAKZEEB kar raha hai….

Allah se dua hai ke Humei’n Deen ki Sahih Samajh ata kare…
